April, in the office, initially allowed me to provide pictures and measurements in order to guide the determination of the appropriate size, thus eliminating the delay of waiting for someone to come out to measure. It was quickly determined that the size was a standard one and the panes were ordered that same day. The installers came out within the same week to install. They were professional and courteous ... and did an excellent job. They even cleaned the doors (both the two panes they repaired and the two they didn't) so that the entire glass wall looks absolutely clear."

"The porch was the most challenging project. It required replacement of several rotted wood pieces around the porch window frame that had to be fabricated on site and fit into the framing of the porch in a way that maintained its aesthetic. Tom advised replacement of the wooden porch door with an aluminum one because the wood was too badly warped rather than trying to repair it. The tile floor installation was done in 2 days just ahead of the outdoor temperature turning colder. Great work all around.
