Customer service was great. I left a message on a Sunday evening not expecting a reply til Monday however, they reponsed with a quick message that they will be able to help with my issues and someone would contact me Monday morning. John called me first thing in the morning and helped me diagnose my problem. He was professional and explained what need to be done. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to others.

Very happy with everything right from the first phone call through the completion of the work. John was very knowledgeable and took the time to provide options and tips to get better performance for our hot tub. I read the reviews and I had questions, but John was great to work with and Clearwater will be my first call going forward. I got more information in 30 minutes than I did in 18 months from the company we bought the tub from originally.

The tech who came to my home was very knowledgeable and informative. He deserved a five star rating. Although top notch service, like everything in todayâ s world the cost was expensive, therefore a four rating for value for the dollar.

I was having some issues with my hot tub and reached out for some help cleaning and rebalancing the chemicals in the pool. John graciously offered to call and walk me through fixing the tub. He was so kind and helpful and I got the tub back to normal in no time! I would absolutely recommend working with him he was a huge help. Thank you again John!

John from Clearwater Spa Company was very responsive to our home improvement job inquiry. After he found out that our Jacuzzi hot tub would be too old to replace the parts and be worth the money, he advised us to simply replace the Jacuzzi tub with a non-jacuzzi one and hire a local plumber to get it done. We greatly appreciate his detailed suggestions and very helpful consultation. Additionally, he explained to us all of the detailed diagnosis in great patience and truly put the customer first.

DO NOT HIRE! In March 2023, I paid $1549.12 corresponding to 50% of the quote issued by Clearwater to install a new filtration system for my hot tub. They scheduled the repairs 4 times. Every time I took a day off from work, every time, a no-show without any warning. Two weeks AFTER rescheduling the job for the 3nd time, I received a message that the installation could not be performed because a filter was missing. For the following 2 months, the filter issue came back every time I contacted them for an update. Every time, they promised to fix the issue and get back to me within a couple of days; 4 months later, I am still waiting. On April 14, 2023, I canceled the work and demanded a refund - I am still waiting for that as well. In May 2023, I filed a complaint with the BBB - 20063011. They never responded to the BBB either. I guess I will have to go to court to get my money back.

Without getting too much into detail, the job of finding and fixing the leak in my stand-alone hot tub was finally completed correctly several months after my initial conversation with the owner, John. Although John was able to identify the problem quickly and was responsive and apologetic throughout the duration, the office staff and technician he has working for him are extremely unreliable and unresponsive. The office staff canâ t seem to get their scheduling straight. The tech would notify my when he was on his way when I didnâ t even know he was coming, when I expected him to come, he was always a running a few hours behind the 12-4pm window and several times he didnâ t show up at all. I assume this is partially to blame due to the poor scheduling system in place. Itâ s a shame because as mentioned, John was very responsive but I wouldnâ t recommend them due to the unreliability and unprofessionalism of the staff.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. DO NOT use this company. Company charges $289 to come out and look at your hot tub with the claim that the $289 will be applied to the total repair cost. I had a leak in my hot tub and knew where it was coming from so I figured this should be easy and I contacted them in early June. Once they finally came to my house in July to look at the tub, the tech identified the issue right where I directed it was leaking. He stated it would take roughly a week to get the part and confirmed that I had paid the office the $289. Then began the total lack of any communication or common curtesy of returning a call. One, they never answer the phone and have some poor answering service take messages for them. After being ignored for weeks, then began the excuses. When they failed to show once they finally scheduled an appointment - and got delayed at another customer request Next excuse was the parts we received were incorrect followed by the one of the parts is on back order Once I called BS and gave them two suppliers where the part were in stock - no further communication from them at all. I contacted my credit card company and filed a fraud dispute and got refunded my money as these crooks clearly had no intention of ever returning to perform an actual repair.

The work is still not done and we are trying endlessly to schedule them to come and finish the job, the guy is nice but he does not finish the job on his visit and they do not show up when then schedule.

Best at spa services. Very friendly, know their stuff and reasonably priced.
