"Mike was a pleasure to work with. His price was fair and in line with the other two estimates I received. I chose Mike because he was a nice guy not a hard sales guy. He assured me he would do the job to my satisfaction and he certainly did. In addition to installing my new fence and arbor he removed the old one and fixed some damage to another fence I had. The fact that he was willing to do the extra small work not just new work was very impressive. If you are looking for fence work this is your guy!"

"SGH managed my rental condo unit in Harvard Square for eleven years, until I sold it in 2019. SGH did a fantastic job. They took care of everything, from finding tenants to having repairs and maintenance done when need, to cleaning out the storage unit and having the things I wanted shipped to me when I sold the unit. Their management fee was very reasonable, as were the service charges for maintenance and repair work that needed doing in the unit. When I finally sold the unit, I was able to use the real estate agent they used for leasing. The whole team was always available and very responsive. Highly recommend!"
