Since we COULD do it ourselves, we had a limit on what we were willing to pay, so we were getting several quotes … most of which were higher than we had hoped. "Awful. This job was half-assed, I just got home to this crap. I was not called in advance as your quote person had informed me. I was very clear that I need t know when it would be done to survise. He said I would be called ahead of time to let me know when there is a job near me and they would come afterward. I paid almost 8,000 dollars to have that patch broken into to install a sewage cleanout!!!!! THESE PEOPLE CAME TO MY HOUSE WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME AND COVERED THE SEWAGE CLEAN OUT WITH ALPHALT!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they came back and the pictures is the final work, beautiful ****."

They arrived promptly, completed the job on time and within budget. The workers were clean and worked full days with minimal disturbances to our everyday activities. Joe oversaw the job and provided step-by-step updates, explaining what was being done and the reasoning behind it. Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate. The roofs look beautiful, and we are already seeing efficiency as a result of the replacement. The BSE team followed up after completion to ensure we were happy.
