"I contracted Black Stallion Enterprises LLC to replace the roofs on two of my houses. The entire process from the initial estimate to completion was fair, easy, transparent, and professional. They arrived promptly, completed the job on time and within budget. The workers were clean and worked full days with minimal disturbances to our everyday activities. Joe oversaw the job and provided step-by-step updates, explaining what was being done and the reasoning behind it. Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate. The roofs look beautiful, and we are already seeing efficiency as a result of the replacement. The BSE team followed up after completion to ensure we were happy. "Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
