"Overall, I am pleased with the outcome. The "deal" I paid for was a very fair price for our two story home. Unfortunately, the two workers that came to clean just threw all the leaves from the gutters (most of them in frozen chunks of ice) all over our driveway and yard. However, when I contacted the owner and sent pictures, he immediately apologized and said he would come himself to clean up. He came the next day, cleaned, raked and swept everything! He sent me pictures and I was very satisfied with his attention to detail.  I respect the owner for making the problem right. "
