Rich and Three Posts Home Inspections were fantastic. He was able to get me in for an inspection pretty last minute and responded to my initial request immediately. He arrived on time, and was so helpful during the whole process. As first time homebuyers, he made sure to explain everything in great detail and answered every question we had. He was great company to have through the nearly 3 hour inspection and didn't leave any boxes unchecked. He was so thorough, quick to respond to emails and requests even after business hours, and provided an extensive and detailed report with pictures within 24 hours. Highly recommend Three Posts!

Simple & effective. Uncomplicated where not necessary, but may be having some additional tools to check water temperature and drill holes through walls to check for insulation in walls etc., could help.

Richard did a great job of informing my daughter about the house she is buying. He advised her what should be taken care of before the closing and he gave her a list of maintenance she should keep up with. He is also very accessible when we had questions, and offered to talk with her in the future with any concerns.

Rich was a great guy to work with very friendly and informational he couldn't have been nicer and everything he said was spot on we were buying a house private sale and he made great recommendations and was full of great advice I would recommend to anyone really good guy.
