Because of this, we were too spooked to hire another “con”tracor and decided to try a service with a good reputation and warranty. I can not recommend ACE more highly. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of. I run my business thru my new condo I purchased and had them do lots of renovations and work and it all has been consistently well done. I have had rip up carpets in the bedrooms and put new vinyl down flooring. I have had them replace light fixtures in the bathrooms and ceiling lights in my living room. I had them work on some of my windows in my catherdral ceilings. Yes, you should hire a handyman who’s licensed, certified, and insured, if possible. States have different requirements for handyman licensing, registration, and certifications.
