Jason and team coordinated with my plumber to help open up the ceiling and identify the source of the leak. He and his crew determined that the issue was due to cracked grout in the shower pan. He regrouted the shower, making sure to grind out and fill in all the previous cracks and replaced the damaged ceiling. When working with Jason, I never felt rushed.
