"They are pretty good. Its just that they are little bit hard to contact. They do cleaning once a month and I have to call or text them multiple times to confirm when they will come before I get response."

"Claudiana did an excellent job cleaning the house. She is very honest, hard working and thorough. She did an absolutely outstanding job. She really knows how to clean very well and is very efficient.
I read one review that said Derrick Schmidt had recommended Claudiana. He also recommended her to us. Derrick and his crew have done a lot of painting for us. After we hired a very bad "painter" Derrick came to our rescue. Thank God! He was an absolute Godsend! He does an amazing job and he is a wonderful person so I knew he would only recommend the very best.  I was not disappointed. Claudiana is great.
I am very happy I hired Claudiana and I will definitely hire her again. I felt very comfortable with Claudiana  in the house. She is trustworthy and dependable and really cares about what she does. I would highly recommend her. Thank you so much Claudiana.

"The entire process was surprisingly simple, quick and reasonably affordable. Top Notch was one out of three
vendors I contacted and was the first to get right back to me hours after my first telephone call.
I simply contacted Top Notch on 5/4/15, received estimate on
5/7/2015.  The project began on 5/12 completed by 5/15/2015.
Tasks included carpet to hardwood conversion, bathroom upgrade
sink and shower restoration as well as paint job.
Awesome Job

Buffing and Polishing questions, answered by experts

Costs depend on tile material, damage severity, labor, and whether refinishing is required.

It depends on the material. Sandstone, slate, and granite can be slippery in wet weather. Applying a sealant to the stone can often stop it from absorbing moisture and may reduce the likelihood of slipping. If you're concerned about losing footing, a safer option might be bluestone or concrete.

The frequency for sealing granite countertops depends on several factors, including the type of sealant used, the color of the granite, and how heavily the countertops are used. As a general guideline, resealing is often recommended every 12 to 18 months, but some sources suggest it could be as often as every few months or at least once a year.

The type of sealant is a major factor: water-based sealants may need reapplication every six months to a year, while more durable solvent-based sealants can last for five to 10 years. Additionally, factors like heavy kitchen traffic, frequent use of acidic cleaners, and lighter granite colors may require more frequent sealing to prevent staining.

To determine if your countertops need resealing, you can perform a simple water test. Place a few drops of water or a wet paper towel on an inconspicuous area of the granite. After 10 to 15 minutes, check the spot. If the water has beaded up, the seal is still intact. If the water has been absorbed and darkened the stone, it's time to apply a new coat of sealant. You can choose to seal the granite yourself or hire a professional to ensure it's done correctly.

How long it takes to complete stone restoration work will vary from home to home and project to project. Overall, a professional can complete a one-room project in one to two days. When vetting your local contractors, be sure to ask them how long they think the project will take to factor in any that could speed up or prolong the completion of the project.

Due to soapstone's non-porous nature and antimicrobial properties, you don’t need to seal it like other stone materials like marble or granite. However, even though sealing isn't required, it can enhance soapstone's natural stain resistance. Another protective option is to apply mineral oil once per month.
