I put pit a request to Home Adviser and Christie from AC Plus was my first call. I was able to schedule the next day. They arrived on time. They were very courteous. The rug was filthy due to 10 weeks of renters this summer. They cleaned the rug beautifully. I was advised to stay off it for 24 hours which we did. He gave us rug shields for the furniture. We will pit them under the furniture when we replace it today. Good job!

The tech Tai was very efficient. Got right to work. Very thorough and explained all the other services the company offers as well. Very professional should be commended for being a great representative for the company.

Technician arrived on time and wearing a mask. Courteous, professional and efficient. Carpets took a bit longer to dry than I expected but the cleaning left them like new.

A Plus technicians were prompt, professional, and their work was excellent!

they showed up on time and were very cordial and worked pretty efficiently during this covid-19 period with masks on etc, they did say they cleaned with water and I think enzymes of some type but I wasn't entirely clear on the chemicals being used. Overall, they did a nice job but had to take a few area rugs back with them. I will see if there will be an extra charge for this. The cost was a little bit on the high side for 3 hours of work.

We hired Kristie clean my rugs, we dropped off the rugs at their business to clean them, they called us to come get them when they were cleaned, we picked them up, when we got home we noticed they and they were wet, still dirty and they were damaged, Mike took them back to re clean and told us the will call us when they were dry to to come down and look at them. Mike never called, now I can not reach him after several attempts
