Owner is difficult to work with and inflexible. She would send Cleaning was fine, but extremely expensive for the work done, and definitely not "above and beyond." Note that her team does not speak English at all making communication difficult. We are absentee owners and they left lights on and heat turned up for weeks while we were not here. They fold corners on TP and make little flowers out of the tissue boxes, but they refuse to empty a dishwasher. They define their tasks very narrowly and will walk by normal cleaning tasks rather than treating your house like a home.

We have used Jamille and her co-workers for several years and are very satisfied with the thorough job they do. The bathrooms are spotless, the kitchen is immaculate and all the floors both hardwood and tile are shining, the rugs are vacuumed and everything is dusted. Our house smells wonderful and looks great! Hire these hard workers who are punctual, friendly, reliable!
