I got very worried when Evan's tech arrived without the required fishing tool and apparently not knowing what I had told Evan about the project. But he reassured me that the bill would not go over the minimum ($140) even if he needs to spend more time. He was good to his word. He drove to Home Depot, brought back a really good fishing tool, crawled into that crawlspace at least twice, used the tool, rescued the lost wire pair, carefully connected and tested it, and cleaned up the mess. Bravo! I graded the job down by one star only because Evan didn't tell him enough in advance. Otherwise, perfect."

Furthermore, we are installing a pocket door and need to wait for that before drywall goes up, plus our plumber needs access to the shower before the durock goes up, and Bertie has already committed to helping us with those issues as soon as they are ready.
