He drove to Home Depot, brought back a really good fishing tool, crawled into that crawlspace at least twice, used the tool, rescued the lost wire pair, carefully connected and tested it, and cleaned up the mess. Bravo! I graded the job down by one star only because Evan didn't tell him enough in advance. Otherwise, perfect."
