We called a few places desperate for service and were told it would be a few weeks for most companies to make it out. Called Landrys after finding them on google. A woman called me back less than 20 minutes after first phone call and said they would be out today. Tyler came and was great. Fixed our unit and saved our life! I first called to request the service, I could not speak with any members, but they promptly returned my call, understood the request and made an appointment. The day of service, the technician arrived on time and explained the work to be done and eventually his findings. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.
