Omega Tile Inc

This is the second time that we have used them. In October they completed the kitchen floor. They came back - on a SUNDAY - to complete the backsplash in the new kitchen. We had 29 people coming for Thanksgiving and the kitchen remodel was - of course - way behind. Thiago really saved the day for us coming out on a Sunday and the work that he did was fantastic. As always he was friendly, easy to deal with and did impeccable work. Can't recommend him enough.

I had to have my master bathroom done a specific way, because I've always had a vision of "the perfect bathroom". I called Omega Tile  to see what they had to offer. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for what I asked for. They also answered my all questions and gave me no hassle at all. I wish that more companies were like this. They were very patient with my every request. It was a pleasure working with Thiago and Elio. I'd highly recommend them for any remodeling needs because they have what it takes to satisfy their customers. My master bath is beautiful thanks to them.

Very good from beginning to end. Arrived on time, got a reasonable quote in a timely fashion, was able to discuss materials and options with them prior to the job, and most importantly - arrived to do the work when they had promised. They were on time, friendly, easy to work with, and did a really fantastic job. Would recommend them to anyone and intend to have them back for more work at the house later this Fall.

Thiago and his team just started the job yesterday and they are more than half way done as of this evening. I am completely in awe at how quickly and efficiently Thiago and his team work. They are extremely polite and professional and of course the workmanship is great.
I will definitely hire Omega tile for future rehab projects.

Went great.
The two partners were both very caring and pleasant. I felt very comfortable having them working in my home.They did the extra involved in minimizing the mess and displacement a job like this can cause (e.g. moving the refrigerator to where it could stay plugged in) and were careful about my other belongings and my curious, bratty cat, who takes every opportunity to try to get outside, or if frustrated at that, to get underfoot.. They never flinched at my quirky requests- even to change the direction of the tiles, after they had begun placing tiles in the direction we agreed on previously.
They made finishing the job priority over other jobs, even working on the weekend as needed. They cleaned up carefully each day, and when finished with the tiling, vacumed  and washed the floor, and anywhere else they had stepped, and replaced the furniture, etc. as one would hope.
Their knowledge of techniques and equipment etc. is state of the art. They took time to explain and advise, but never pressured me. They did everything possible to ensure the tile will never crack. They handled any unanticipated challenges of the space and pattern with what they called "magic". The floor looks great.
Their price came between that of a vendor who expected to do the minimum necessary, and that of the vendor that the seller of the tile would have hired.
I am very glad I chose them to do the work.

We hired Omega Tile after we had floors put down improperly which was causing the tiles to lift. Thiago and his crew removed all the tile and backer boards. They were able to save some of the tile to be reused. Their work was impeccable from the removal to finished grout lines. They also worked with us on the cost as they knew that we had been placed in a financial crisis due to the loss of tile and work already paid for, which had to be removed. Thiago also worked diligently and timely to finish the job as quickly as possible for us. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs tile work done. 

Omega Tile was very professional, informative, answered all questions without hesitation. They were prompt, cleaned after themselves. When work was finished you never knew they had been here. Their work surpassed my expactations and I am very very satisfied . My Kitchen tile never looked so good. I would recommend omega tile anytime and would rehire them if the need comes up.
