"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

"Anthony and his crew did a fantastic, professional job converting our ancient septic system to public sewer.  The new sewer line he installed ran about 400 feet across our yard and then into the street to the town's manhole.  It was amazing how fast and smooth the job went.  Anthony handled all of the town permits and requirements and kept me informed regarding any possible issues.  He  added gravel and graded our driveway which it really needed.  He also worked with our bank by providing his estimate of the job directly to them.  I highly recommend Anthony and his company!

"We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman's terms. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. All company representatives left us with a business card with their cell #'s to call if we required anything. The installation crew was amazing. They arrived early and began immediately. They were no nonsense, very focused and, worked like a well oiled machine. All Vista team members were polite and respectful of my special request to be cognizant around some of my more cherished trees & shrubs. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"Feb. snow and rainstorms caused a large ice dam to form on our North side roof, and we had water damage in both the master bathroom and the family room.
Both ceilings had water stains--and both were cathedral ceilngs--high and difficult to reach.  We also had some cracked plaster in the corner of the family room from settling,  as well as one corner in the kitchen. The very top of the ceiling in the master bath had some loosening of the drywall tape and "mud", and since we were at it, I asked them to include this, as well as a cleaning and replacement of light bulbs in the kitchen fan--again, too high for us to get to.  Inspection of the bathroom water stain proved to be not from the ice dam, but a problem with the installation of the bathroom fan and light by the original owners--use of too small a unit and no insulation, causing lots of condensation which leaked down and stained the ceiling.  Both rooms would need repainting of the ceilings and the family room needed a total repaint.  Touch-up of the bathroom wall where some nails had popped and needed recovering would be enough. They matched our 9 year old paint perfectly.
The men arrived punctually each of the three days it required.  They moved and/or covered furnishings and carpeting both in the rooms and in the hallways to protect  them and were very careful to keep dust and dirt to a minimum, and cleaned everything up each night so we could resume normal  living.  They did a great job with everything, and installed a new fan unit of the correct size in the bathroom--cleaned up my kitchen ceiling, and made the fan/light unit look like new. The men were courteous and good at their jobs and did everything we had asked.
Our house looks great again, and we are very satisfied with the company, their estimator Phil; Joe, their supervisor, and his crew.
We'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."

"Flawless. Showed when they said they would. Measured everything. Factory then made everything to their measurements. Install went as expected - good. Cleaned up good, too.
That said, we had 25 or so windows, including sliding doors and picture windows, custom-made. Manufacturer(Alside) guaranteed them for life, against anything.
Since '08, we've had 4 fail, one cracked, three seals failed, one a good sized picture window.
Carefree has worked seamlessly with the supplier(Alside) to replace each one, even sending out an installer when required.
So, we're pretty darned satisfied.
