"It went great! The consultation was very thorough; Jim walked around my entire yard and explained each plant we came across. He clearly has a wide range of knowledge and I appreciated the care he took to explain it. He then took his time marking all of the areas that contained poison ivy, and when they came back to spray the plants it was very hands off on my part. They were in contact about when they were coming and when they were on the premises, and also were clear that no action was needed on my part. The cost also includes a guarantee for the treated areas, so that gives me peace of mind when I have small children running around!
