Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

Karol and/or Zibi were on site every day usually starting at 8:30am. Being an old house, nothing was square. It was necessary to pour a self-leveling concrete floor, which took a few days to dry. Even so, they completed the whole job, surprises and all, in under 2 weeks. Many people like tile. I'm not one of them. I wanted a MAAX 80" acrylic tub wall kit, from tub to ceiling. Who knew that it would be so difficult to find a contractor to install it? I'm so grateful that Karol agreed to and did a fine job. Besides doing quality work for a reasonable price, they were a pleasure to work with - always polite and conscientious, and cleaning up at the end of each day."

"Old slider had to be removed as it was defective. Oliver Beer removed the old doors and installed the new door. He added new insulation and replaced the paneling around the door. Work went smoothly. "I purchased an deal for $99 for 2 hours of labor.  Originally I intended to apply the time toward replacement of a shower faucet, but the same week, three gate valves in my basement began to fail.  Lew was very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule, and replaced all three valves with ball valves as well as the piping in the area.  I purchased an additional $150 worth of parts from Lew which are warrantied for a year.
What I appreciated most was Lew's evaluation of the shower faucet, which he looked at while he was at my house.  He pointed out that the faucet that I had purchased would not meet my long-term needs and made recommendations so that I could purchase (on my own) a model that would be better for me.  He also gave a very rough quote for the labor that would be required.  Lew could have just installed the faucet I purchased and waited until it failed in another year and installed another one and made twice as much money, but he didn't.  I'll certainly have him back again.
