After Global had done several jobs for me in the past, I thought I was finally going to live without water in my basement but Mother Nature had other ideas. Luckily Bob came to my rescue rather quickly after the flooding. Now I KNOW I’ll be water-free. Bob has never tried to pressure me into buying something I don’t need or can’t afford but I wish I had bought the battery years ago when he first told me about it. I won’t make that mistake again. Cost-wise, Bob will break down the requested work into separate jobs and estimate each so I can make a decision if I can afford all of the work or only some of it.
