"Connor was amazing, work was exceptional, excellent communication, job was plaqued with issues beyond Connors control (incorrect measurements by engineer that didn't correspond to actual site). Connors steadfast resolve to making the job correct even when it caused a loss to Connor shows his true commitment to the excavation field and also the customer. I have very pleased with Connors honesty, from the beginning of the job to the end. Look forward to more projects down the road with Fluery excavation."

"I tried calling several other companies but they didn't get back to me in a timely manner. Derrick called back within an hour and set up an appointment for the same day. Once he tested the system it was clear that the pump and tank needed to be replaced. He changed the pump that day (Monday) and said he would return at 9:30 on Wednesday to replace the tank. He arrived right on time, replaced the tank, gave me a complete explanation of what had been done and the warranties on the pump, tank, and labor. The only thing I might suggest is that he should discuss the estimated cost of the project prior to doing the work and give a more detailed breakdown on parts and labor. Overall I'm very happy with his work and have no hesitation in recommending him and his company."
