"JR was very communicative at all times, he was always honest in his assessment of what needed to be done and gave me an estimate when i asked for one. JR gave me dates on when he could start the job if given the opportunity to do the work. He sent me his proposal the night we met. When we agreed on his company to do the extensive demo and clean up he contacted me the very next day to tell me a dumpster would be delivered on Saturday morning and he would start the job on Monday. Both happened as promised. JR had 8 men show up at 9:00am and they remained until after 9:00pm in order to finish so my wife would have the heat back on, The entire crew was professional and courteous. The extensive clean up and demo of the basement that was filled with mold was exceptional . "Our new shower walk in shower stall with subway tile and self closing glass doors is simply beautiful. The project was completed in no time and without complication. We love it. 

The basement was a bigger project, included a bathroom renovation and installation of Pergo flooring, new drop ceiling, new sheet rock, bead board and an Airstone wall. Richard was patient with any little changes we wanted while he was working on the room. He also really helped with ideas and suggestions. The place was kept clean and organized during the renovations and after completion the place was left spotless. 


I really appreciated Richards attention. He responded to texts and phone calls very promptly and always kept us informed on how the project was going. The project for the most part stuck to budget, we loved the work Richard was doing so much we asked to expand the work into the basement bedroom which made the project a bit bigger than originally planned.
