He informed of the risk of damaging the lead pipe and said he would wave his fee in case of damage. "Steve Ricci came on time, did the job and it was a plumbing masterpiece. We got 3 quotes and Steve was the most competitive. He had to reroute pipes to fit a different location than our old water heater and had to build a wood frame on which to mount the water heater. The job was done expertly and it is a beautiful sight to see. I will call him first for any plumbing job we have in our Condo Association."
