I gave him a 4.5 for the quality because there was a small section where you can see the wall needed to be sanded down more. Other than that his professionalism and service was above and beyond. Work was further delayed through no fault of Arch Painting due to continuous wet weather. Once a good weather window finally occurred, the work was performed quickly with no impact on us.
