"Very well. At first I thought all I needed was to have the individual peeling shingles re-painted but Sean showed me that the previous painters hadn't primed or used the proper paint. So we came to an agreement on a very fair price, and he totally stripped, primed and stained the side of my house, the trim, plus the side deck and deck steps. He even filled a hole a woodpecker made in the trim and replaced a rotted section of trim before painting it. He was prompt, thorough and EXTREMELY neat with his work. He and his helper cleaned up their area so thoroughly you'd never know they had been there. Sean was very reliable and I would highly recommend him.
