It did take them a few days to reach out to me after I submitted a request on Angi so I would suggest calling them. I was about to hire another company when someone from Brinx reached out. Their quote was way less than what I was about to pay. After initial contact, they were responsive and pleasant. They treatment performed was only to satisfy a VA loan requirement for a home sale so it was annoying to even have to pay for treatment but I'm glad I connected with Brinx.
