Two days later we started another project in the house. We called him and postponed the work for mid or late July. We were amazed to see the care and respect they show. Although the yard is not cleaned as it is being worked on, they placed drop cloths all around the deck. "Wow! I must have said that word 10 times while working with Ricardo and his team at Expect Painters! We have a large 3-tiered deck that had never been treated prior to us moving in. I called Ricardo, expecting to wait until spring. Not only did he squeeze us in, but he power washed our deck, the back of the house, and stained the whole deck for us! He even took care to remove one part and spray it and then put it back onto the deck for us! He washed the deck one day and stained it another day. He was fast and efficient.
