We usually do all of our hedge abs shrub trimming ourselves, but with a few other projects going on we hadn’t gotten them all season long and they were seriously overgrown. Since we COULD do it ourselves, we had a limit on what we were willing to pay, so we were getting several quotes … most of which were higher than we had hoped. Roberto worked with us on the pricing, which was good news because now it was off of our plate! His crew was there the early next day … fast, friendly, courteous, conscientious and neat! We are now looking to have Roberto and his crew back to take a few more projects off of our plate too! "We hired this company. I don't mind paying but when they missed so many areas. It's very frustrating and I have to finish the job myself. Anthony promised a great job and so didn't Nicole. I sure didn't even get a good job. The hand railings are super rough, and where the pressure washer chewed up the wood it was never fixed. It was definitely a hack job. I was promised over the phone a walk through at the end. It never happened. Couldn't communicate with the workers. I couldn't understand them. Definitely the pictures that they posted on other jobs don't match what I paid for. A very disappointing experience with this company. I would shop around.. plus I included Anthony in the last few emails and he couldn't even respond back. Awful !!! The handrails was addressed in after the power washing. The owner needs to go back and see the truth. I have the email saved!!!! Give me your email and I would be gladly to send it you!! You shouldn't be sparky when your team hacked my deck. I will be re-doing myself. Such a joke of a company."

"Needed to have my back deck and side stairs stained along with a shed. Recardo came and gave an honest estimate and a timeframe. All work was done during the estimated timeframe and well done. Everything was powerwashed on day one. Staining was done over the next two days and on a weekend as well. I highly recommend using this company for any painting service needed."

"I had a couple of issues that the Eagle HS Improvement's crew addressed in a prompt, professional and honorable manner. I had a fieldstone foundation as well as a fieldstone bulkhead cellar access that needed work. The fieldstone bulkhead was replaced and they also took care of a cracked poured concrete back porch - as the fieldstones that were originally supporting that had literally rolled out. When they took care of the bulkhead and replaced it with a poured concrete foundation, they also extended that under the back porch to support it! The cellar door inside the bulkhead was also updated. Further, they added support to the back porch roof by making the existing supports more sturdy! The fieldstone cellar walls were patched, built up and smoothed out both inside and out leaving a much more desired professional result! They also kindly accomplished the rearranging of material around the cellar to allow them access to the walls. I was very pleased with their work!"
