"You can't get better than Wally in terms of quality, professionalism, and consistency. He removed all the sand in our yard, filled it with loam, spread seed, and built a brand new stone patio. He took the time to explain everything to us and ways to improve the project, but NOT for the cost. He helped us save money every step of the way. For example, he showed us where water was pooling and how it needed to be diverted away from the patio, which he did for no extra cost! He showed up every day, all day, until the tasks were done and beyond perfect. You can’t believe the time, effort, and care he puts into these projects. "I initially left a message for another company, but Bresnahan called back. They were prompt and after repairing the initial malfunctioning back flow preventers worked on other zone repairs. Early on I was quoted $95./hr for work + parts. I subsequently discussed wanting to see where the bill was and again went over the hrly rate, which was $95. per worker! I asked for an estimate on the remaining work but the owner said he couldn't do that and that his rates were in line with the industry. Take home message is get a full estimate before starting, since our project ballooned to $6,000. and is not done."
