"I initially left a message for another company, but Bresnahan called back. They were prompt and after repairing the initial malfunctioning back flow preventers worked on other zone repairs. Early on I was quoted $95./hr for work + parts. I subsequently discussed wanting to see where the bill was and again went over the hrly rate, which was $95. per worker! I asked for an estimate on the remaining work but the owner said he couldn't do that and that his rates were in line with the industry. Take home message is get a full estimate before starting, since our project ballooned to $6,000. and is not done."

Valber was extremely professional and courteous, which set him apart from some of the other companies that came to give us an estimate. Throughout the process from estimating costs to coordinating material deliveries and installing the patio, Valber was responsive and easy to communicate with. He and his staff did a fantastic job installing the patio and completed the job ahead of schedule. These guys do not mess around. After they finished the job, they cleaned up the site, even going above and beyond to remove some other debris left from a smaller project I'd tackled earlier. The patio looks great and feels solid. Valber and his team are hard-working and courteous. Given the quality of the work, the fair pricing, and the professional team that came in to tackle the project, I would strongly recommend Royal Landscaping to anyone looking for landscaping or hardscaping services."
