"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

"Moses and his team were phenomenal to work with. From the moment we met when we first discussed my project, he instilled me with confidence. He allowed me to see current projects he was working on similar to mine, he genuinely listened to what we wanted and made relevant, excellent suggestions to ensure that our project would meet our expectations, and stay within our budget. He came with excellent recommendations from his previous clients, of which I'm now proud to be one. His communication was always excellent, he didn't mind answering all my ignorant questions, and he worked seamlessly with my architect and kitchen/bathroom designer in order to complete the project within a reasonable timeframe given the scope of the project. Moses consistently went above and beyond expectations in order to make the project as stress-free for me as possible. His team worked tirelessly and while my family and I had to move out of our house due to the nature and extent of the project, he kept in constant contact with me, arranged frequent in-person meetings, and didn't mind me and my kids showing up unannounced to view the progress. My neighbors constantly told me how hard he and his crew were working, as they saw him on-site nearly every day. I would hire Moses and his team again, for any construction project, without hesitation and cannot recommend him or his hard-working team enough. If you are anxious about all the "contractor nightmare" stories out there, hire Moses and his team - you won't regret it! Outstanding!"

"First of all, I would have given zero stars but one is the lowest. I hired Outdoor Personia to install a cupola on my garage roof. I sent a photo of the cupola as requested. I was told the photos have been assessed and was good to go. I paid them $320, which was 1/2 of the installation cost. The contractor that they sent out cut up my base so it was not able to be used. I was notified by Melody and told that I would need to purchase a new base for $90 and may have to pay for a crane to get it on the roof. I told her I was a little confused about needing a crane because the contractor that was installing it, had it on the roof but then removed it. She later replied that I would not need the crane but now the base suddenly increased in price from $90 to $300. Long story short, they butchered my base then tried to get me to purchase a new base and pay for a crane that was absolutely not needed. Absolutely the worst company i have ever done business with. I will be pursuing legal action."

"We recently completed a gut reno and second story addition. After engaging 10 different contractors, MP was the most communicative, interested, flexible and competitively priced. MP has a large in-house team of experts that work efficiently and adapt to the home owner’s needs and preferences. The employees worked 6 days a week and took great pride in their work. They were personally invested in our project and wanted to make it the home of our dreams. The team includes an amazing designer, Nataly, who helped with selecting finishes. The onsite foreman, Adriano, demonstrated expertise and kindness. Seichelle and Marco did an excellent job with operations, ordering materials and problem-solving. We have been back in our home for 10 months. Anytime I have an issue, Seichelle and the team have addressed it. They have gone above and beyond what is expected. We could not be more pleased with our project. We strongly recommend MP for your next project!"

Despite the tight deadline, David assured me he could get it done, & he absolutely delivered. He provided a fair price upfront that remained consistent throughout the project. When unexpected issues came up that could have increased costs, David was transparent about the options and worked with me to stay within budget. His communication was clear & consistent from start to finish. The finished room turned out amazing, better than I could have imagined! "In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
