Unfortunately, my house was effected by the 2015 Boston snowpoccalypse.
After four months of interviewing a few non-ideal contractors, I
searched Angie?s List and came across Bryson Builders. Overall, for me,
Bryson Builders was a great decision, because Peter, the contractor, has
experience with the insurance claim process; he is not ?salesy? and
listened to my concerns/questions; and he had a thorough estimate that
clearly outlined all the work that would be completed.
Having never been through a renovation, the repair process went beyond
my expectations. Given that my roommate and I were still living in my
home through the process, it was not as bad as I thought it would be.
The Bryson Builders team members were professional and treated my home
well. For the most part, the work area was cleaned on a daily basis and
I can see progress as time passed.
Due to my schedule, I appreciated the flexibility in being able to
communicate with Peter via phone or email. I received updates from Peter
frequently allowing me to be mentally prepared and/or to prepare my
home as necessary.
The finished product is so amazing, from the quality paint job
throughout the home, the installation of the countertops, electrical
work, and the bathroom tiling to the roof replacement. Not only does my
house feel more like home but I feel confident that my home can
withstand another snowpoccalypse.
I appreciate Bryson Builders? hard work, and really feel that things
would not have worked out if I chose another contractor. Bryson Builders
will be my go to contractor in the future.

My townhouse sustained damage in Feb/Mar 2015 during the horrid winter from ice dams. After much research I found 3 contractors and eventually chose Bryson Builders after reading the reviews on Angie?s list and Facebook. While one contractor offered a cheaper estimate I went with Mr. Bryson based on sixth sense (it never fails me). I emailed and within two days he was able to come out to the house. Within a week he provided an estimate to match up with the original from insurance adjuster. He was very diligent over the 3 weeks it took to wrangle with the insurance adjuster and very helpful in moving the process along. I am a somewhat new home owner and first time submitting a claim-Peter was helpful in guiding me through the process and pointing out my rights. Despite being a busy period for contractors-so many homes damaged, he kept the schedule for the most part. The project eventually started in Mid-May. It took about 2 week to repair the door way and cracks throughout the house, and paint 3 floors. Along the way we found further damages (rotten water damaged walls/window trims) and he worked closely with the adjuster to re-estimate for that. He also worked on the townhouse next door, the damages sustained there was minor. The workers cleaned up each day, it was a tad inconvenient for the week+ since we stayed in the house but we got through it. He was communicative throughout the project and stuck within the timeline and budget. I would definitely hire Bryson Builders if the need arises in the future.

Roof was raked and they were very professional and went beyond duties.
