"Hector and Eddie were a pleasure to work with. The job was to clean out the spaces between existing pavers and to build a new patio and fire pit. They showed up when promised and did the job in three days - one day faster than estimated - despite the extreme temperatures. Final cost was as quoted. I was a little hesitant to hire them given the absence of Angi reviews, but found a couple of very favorable Yelp reviews. I have no regrets at all and would not hesitate to recommend them for Hardscaping work. I'm repeating this review because, depending on how you see it, you may see that I spent $600,000! It was originally reported as $570,000, so I called Angi support to see if it could be corrected to $5,700. The support person was able to change it to "about $6,000" or so she thought. Maybe Angi will notice the duplicated review and figure out what's wrong with their site!"

Barry contacted me within an hour after I left a message for him and and came by later that same day to look at the the job. Barry is very knowledgeable about brick and stone construction and was happy to share with me the pluses and minuses of different approaches. He really wanted to do a quality job that would last for years and stay looking good for a long time. By the time I finished talking with him I felt that I knew everything I need to know. He gave me a quote while he was there, I accepted the next day, and he and his guys came the next week and finished the work sooner than promised. Overall I think their work is excellent and they'd be the first person I'd call for brick or stone work if I had work in the future."

When contacted about the issue, dryzone sent out a tech who confirmed every issue. The company then refused to fix anything without a second opinion. A month after I filed a chargeback, the GM called to "apologize", and made it sound like he wouldnt contest the chargeback, but offered no remedy to the situation. He then contested the chargeback and lied on the chargeback rebuttal. Eventually they settled for a partial refund. Terrible company, dont recommend."
