Greenmen Builders was founded in 2011 by licensed contractor, Eric Byrne. Eric completed his apprenticeship and qualifications in Ireland and has been successfully completing frame to finish home renovation projects in the Boston metro area since 2009. Prior to that Eric spent three years in the San Francisco Bay area and two years in the New York metro area restoring and renovating high end residential homes.

Our small company is called Shoreline Woodcraft, LLC, and we are located in Winthrop, MA. Although Shoreline is a young company, I have 8+ years of experience in residential construction and remodeling. This experience includes work done in very high end areas, such as Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and Newport Beach on the California Coast, where I am from, as well as having worked for a custom home builder in North Andover, MA through college from 2009-2013. Aside from carpentry, we also pride ourselves on our efficiency and experience with drywall, paint, flooring(hardwood, tile, laminate, linoleum, etc.), and tile inlay showers.
