"Damien made time for me on short notice. When he arrived I described the issue and he was quick to correctly diagnose the cause. He had to replace a heating coil in my electirc water heater. During the course of the repair he noted that the drain valve was not working properly. He replaced that as well. Before he left he drained and flushed the tank. All is working well. I'd recommend Damian for this type of service. Damian was delayed because of an earlier appointment where materials had not arrived on time. We were getting some water in our basement which has a stack-stone foundation and radiant floor heating. We interviewed three companies and were particularly concerned about a solution that would stop the water without compromising the radiant tubes that were in the floor.
