"Falcon Gutter was hired to repair the gutters and do some carpentry on rotted trim boards and facia. They proposed to replace the gutters all together. Initially they were prompt to estimate, quick to start the work and completed it in a day. We ended up with wrong size planks placed, caulk smeared over the rotten parts and half of rotten boards not replaced at all. Gutters leak at the seams and the water collects due to incorrect pitch. They once attempted to address the problems with no results and the owner now gets upset with issues pointed out to him. Hiring someone else to fix the issues. Totally dissatisfied and do not recommend."
