Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. "I needed a plumber right away , so i went through Home Advisor and right away Brian from Lamore called me said he was in the area, so in 10 minutes Brian was here estimating the cost of a water heater, he gave me a price but I couldnâ t get it done because of funds so I told him can you come the 24th and do the job he said sure and we hung up. 2 minutes later he calls me and says youâ re a military Vet , I said yes I am , do you have hot water , I said no Sir we will have to wait till the 24th, he says , no you wonâ t Iâ ll come and install the water heater and you pay me on the 24th, I was shocked and humbled of the fact their is still good wholesome people in this world. Iâ d recommend Brian and Lamore plumbing 1000% of 1000% times. Donâ t look anywhere else try Brian and his team to do your plumbing."

"Excellent. I called Ferris Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and left a message. Matt returned my call the next morning. After I explained the problem, Matt said he would try to get to me that day (Friday), but he may not be able to. Meanwhile, he suggested not using that toilet. He called later that day and said he couldn't make it, but would be able to on Monday. He called me on Monday morning to confirm that he would be coming and gave me a estimated time of arrival. Matt wasn't able to come himself, but two of his plumbers arrived mid-morning. I explain all of this because Matt's communication was OUTSTANDING. I always knew the status and I knew he would be arriving as soon as he could. His two plumbers were also excellent and efficient. They replaced the toilet flange and gasket, and remounted the toilet without needing to disturb the downstairs ceiling. I should mention that the toilet is the original installation of 48 years ago. The original gasket was completely disintegrated to the point that only few small fragments of it were left. They were also very careful to protect the carpet just outside the bathroom by placing a drop cloth to protect it. Their service and work was EXCELLENT. We are considering remodeling that bathroom and Ferris Plumbing will certainly be our first choice to do the work. I highly recommend (Matt) Ferris Plumbing."

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

Removed the old water heater. Installed the New water heater. And updated the vent piping because it was old and out of code. They did a wonderful job.
