"I needed a plumber right away , so i went through Home Advisor and right away Brian from Lamore called me said he was in the area, so in 10 minutes Brian was here estimating the cost of a water heater, he gave me a price but I couldnâ t get it done because of funds so I told him can you come the 24th and do the job he said sure and we hung up. 2 minutes later he calls me and says youâ re a military Vet , I said yes I am , do you have hot water , I said no Sir we will have to wait till the 24th, he says , no you wonâ t Iâ ll come and install the water heater and you pay me on the 24th, I was shocked and humbled of the fact their is still good wholesome people in this world. Iâ d recommend Brian and Lamore plumbing 1000% of 1000% times. Donâ t look anywhere else try Brian and his team to do your plumbing."

"I called Matt on a Sunday in need of a plumber for Monday and he rearranged his schedule to help us out so we could move forward with our bathroom renovation after listening to our situation. He came over and removed our old cast iron tub which was just a bonus because I was going to keep it even though I didn’t want to. He also put in a new shower valve and fixtures, tub drain, sink faucet, and toilet. It was a big job and he did it effortlessly and I couldn’t believe he was at our house in less than 24 hours of calling him. His work was impeccable, he has fair pricing, he was clean and a pleasure to have in our home. He was also a wonderful mentor to his apprentice who he walked him through everything they were doing. He is very considerate of my home. He offerred to cover his shoes when he entered. He kept us up-to-date via text messaging as to arrivals and when he obtained the parts. "I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

We also discovered cracks in our waste line and he replaced all of the original cast iron lines in the basement and coordinated with the contractor who replaced our exterior water and sewer lines unexpectedly. He was quick to respond to questions and requests, very reliable, and did a great job plumbing 2.5 bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen."

"I had an incredible experience. My water heater was leaking and ready to let go. Brian had contacted me. He set up an appointment the next morning. The two gentleman ( plumbers ) came in. Removed the old water heater. Installed the New water heater. And updated the vent piping because it was old and out of code. They did a wonderful job.
