"Mr. Solivan was on time, he communicates well. As requested he removed my garbage disposal and connected the drains. That didn't resolve a slow draining problem. "Just purchased home,and second day in heavy rain caused pump to fail. Called andin less than 3 hours I had them at my house with a replacement pump and installed. They stayed till basement was cleared and said they would return in the next day to finish job.
