"So on Christmas night I was doing dishes after our turkey dinner and the kitchen sink backed up. I tried myself to unclog it for 4 hours that night, and another hour the following morning. I ended up finding Main Street Drain Cleaning on HomeAdvisor. Richard called me right away and was at my house within an hour and a half or so. The day after Christmas. On a Saturday. He got the job done in about an hour, gave me some good advice, cleaned up and charged what I thought was a very fair price - especially on a Saturday during a holiday weekend. "I had a leaking heating pipe (house is forced hot water) in a tricky spot in my kitchen. He had to cut a part of my cabinets to reach the spot, was very thoughtful while doing so to not damage anything that didn't need to be removed. Patiently talked me through the process and explained how it was done and why so I understood what needed to be done. Offered multiple options to resolve the problem.
