"Figuring as it was a weekend, I wouldn't be able to get anybody until Monday, I filled out an online form for Radford Pest Control, and Eric actually called me back within 20 minutes or so (on a Sunday!) to talk to me about the problem. He was very knowledgeable and ultimately recommended I stick with the condo association's pest control company given the situatin and because it would save me money if they had to make multiple trips to spray the nest. So we did, and happy to say the wasps are gone now.
