Best house leveling pros near Acton, MA

"We were very pleased to see the back deck. That changed our home functionality and made it very beautiful. It is very nice to have a deck to relax on and use that part of the house without being afraid of falling off the crumbling cement stairs we had before. The house really stands out the neighborhood with the new paint, and with the repairs it needed. Lastly, the front stairs made a huge difference on the looks and on the functionality of the house. Great job!"

"Scott and his team were great at navigating our construction project during COVID-19. They built an exterior stairway to the section of the house they were working on and installed a barrier between the construction zone and the rest of the house. This let us live in the house while the workers had their own separated area. Our Project Manager Ray was fantastic! His communication was excellent and whenever we had questions he was great at taking the time to explain what he was doing. We love our new space and look forward to our next project with Scott and his team!"

"Matt, the owner of MMP, was knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and had a high level of communication. The work was of excellent quality and we are very happy with the end results. We would recommend them highly."

"Humberto and his team were terrific! They refinished the walls in 3 rooms of our house and their work was top notch. They removed wallpaper, sanded, plastered and painted our walls so that now they look pristine. I asked them if they could put in new doors and they did a great job with that too. I would refer this team to friends and family and will be using them again for other projects."

"We recently completed a gut reno and second story addition. After engaging 10 different contractors, MP was the most communicative, interested, flexible and competitively priced. MP has a large in-house team of experts that work efficiently and adapt to the home owner’s needs and preferences. The employees worked 6 days a week and took great pride in their work. They were personally invested in our project and wanted to make it the home of our dreams. The team includes an amazing designer, Nataly, who helped with selecting finishes. The onsite foreman, Adriano, demonstrated expertise and kindness. Seichelle and Marco did an excellent job with operations, ordering materials and problem-solving. We have been back in our home for 10 months. Anytime I have an issue, Seichelle and the team have addressed it. They have gone above and beyond what is expected. We could not be more pleased with our project. We strongly recommend MP for your next project!"

"WS builders did a great job renovating my house. The price was fair and they finish the job on time. I really recommend this company."

"We hired EA Masonry a year ago to rebuild the 12 step stone stairway with a landing from the driveway to the sidewalk around the house and the three steps to the front door. The workmanship was excellent so we accepted their bid to reconstruct the patio behind the house and build a walkway in the side garden. Once again the workmanship was excellent, from the removal of the old patio to the establishment of a superior base and the design and meticulous installation of a three-piece paver pattern. What separates the work of these masons is the attention to detail and the extra touches they bring to the job, not to mention their dependability and professionalism. They completed the job in a week. Beyond all that the are nice guys, my wife insists they’re artists."

"Job was done efficiently, started and ended right on-time. Decent level of cleanup afterwards and all our questions and concerns were dealt with."

"James and the team at Avalon Masonry and Construction replaced our brick front walkway with pavers, repaired some existing paver work, and re-leveled a bluestone patio that had settled. Excellent work on all three. They started quickly and worked efficiently, with none of the long idle stretches you often get on a hardscaping job. Communication was thorough and proactive throughout, and they were responsive to our budget and creative about solving problems rather than defaulting to the most expensive fix. When one detail of the finished walkway wasn't sitting right with us, they came back and corrected it without any pushback. That willingness to stand behind the work is why I'd hire them again."

"Todd and his team were fantastic! I would not just hire them again for my future jobs, I would recommend them to any of my friends or family. The professionalism they showed on and off the job pertaining to this project was above my highest expectations. I believe the value of the services and work completed are the highest level to be hoped for. If you were looking for a renovation or a remodel of any type, I highly suggest Duncan builders."
