I called SLWA the next day to schedule a technician to come out, assess, and proceed, but they refused to do so. They said I would have to wait until the line completely occluded again before they would do anything. Note that I did not ask for any reimbursement of the work already done by my plumbing company. The contract clearly states that they will repair a leaking line. I emailed them about this but got no response after 2 weeks. I called them again, and ended up cancelling my policy, getting a refund for next year's policy which I had already prepaid, and asked for a refund of this year's policy, since they were not honoring its terms. They refused but did agree to refund the last 11 days of this year's policy. Please avoid this company at all costs."
