"I only found that the price of for the project was a little high price for the amount of time it took to complete the job but the worker was very nice. and new what he was doing and did a great job. would like to use him for other projects but not at the prices he offers. also would depend on what my next project would be. Thanks"

"I called Gage and explained the different miscellaneous repairs I needed done around the house. He arrived within 48 hours as he was already in the southeast GA northeast FL region working on other jobs. I appreciated his honesty, fairness and being genuine and personable. Gage even discussed future/further modifications to my home and other rental property free of charge. He will be the first person I call and refer for these types of maintenance and repairs moving forward."

Appliance Sales questions, answered by experts

The temperature on your oven thermostat is actually an average temperature. It’s normal for an oven’s actual temperature to vary by a few degrees at any given time. In other words, when you test the thermostat, your oven thermometer may never hit 350 degrees Fahrenheit exactly (though gas ovens tend to be more on the nose). You may want to take a few readings with an oven thermometer just to get a sense of why your gas oven is not heating correctly.

Most appliance retailers have dedicated installation teams that can tackle the delivery and installation process simultaneously. Unfortunately, just because a retailer sells a specific appliance brand doesn’t mean that its installation technicians are certified by that manufacturer to complete the installation. You could end up with a voided warranty if the installer isn't certified, costing more money down the road. It’s best to find an installer that is certified by your appliance manufacturer, even if it means paying more or dealing with potential scheduling conflicts.

If you can’t get your microwave to stop tripping the breaker, hire a local appliance repair professional. They have the skills to quickly identify the problem and fix it. These professionals also have the knowledge and experience of working with appliances, so they know how to take the proper precautions to minimize the risk of electrical shock and fires.

Your heating and cooling systems cost you the most on your electric bill and make up 50% of your bill on average. Your washing machine, dryer, oven, and stove contribute significantly to your electric bill as well. Lights, fans, and smaller electronics add up, but aren’t the biggest energy consumers. You can reduce your power usage by setting optimal temperatures on your thermostat and investing in energy-efficient appliances.

If you burn popcorn or other food items in the microwave, the smell lingers for an uncomfortably long time. To get the burnt smell out of your microwave, remove any leftover burnt food debris and then heat 1 cup of water in a microwave-safe container for about three minutes. Next, clean the inside of the microwave with a soft microfiber cloth, water, and a small amount of dish soap. Dry and let the microwave air out for two to three hours.
