The home warranty you pay a monthly fee I think ours is like $80 a month so when you need something you call them and they send somebody out. It's a $75 service fee, but anything on top of that they pay for. The home warranty thing, every time you buy a home people try to throw in there to make it sound like it's better or something and I have bought all different kind of houses all the time and this one does not do that.
