Parts of the house were moved in from another location, and all put together around 1945. It had been remodeled when my parents were alive and living in it. As we started the work on the house we ran into many surprises and problems. Mr. Howell had a lot of experience in this kind of thing. He was always on time for work and worked steady. He always discussed what he was doing and got my approval. We removed flooring, ceilings, walls, windows and just about everything. He insulated, replaced the walls and added all the outer finishing covering, etc. paneling or sheetrock, ceiling tile, linoleum and wood flooring . He installed insulated windows on the outside. That and the insulation on the outer walls were a great help towards the heating and cooling cost. His work is excellent and I am very proud of my house. He is so easy to get along with. I have recommended him to several people (including my son).
