"I never contacted the provider or used this service in anyway. I have to
write this review so that the request to write this review stops
popping up.
The rating is bogus as it is required to be able to submit.

"I had a main water pipe burst on Wednesday before Good Friday. Called about a dozen people on Thursday without any luck before I finally contacted Home Advisor and they gave me this company. Mr. Angel sent out one of his employees, Jordan, and he was our "ANGEL", he worked tirelessly for 3 solid hours that evening and did an awesome job, was very polite and respectful and our problem was fixed. Great job by Jordan! If Mr. Angel had not sent him out when he did we would have not had water the whole weekend due to the fact that it was Easter weekend! They were the only ones that responded to any of my calls! I will definitely be using this company again! I appreciate Mr. Angel and Jordan more than they will ever know!!! Thanks so much!"

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

No, it’s not legal for unlicensed individuals to conduct structural calculations for buildings or building repairs. Not only do licensing requirements prevent DIYers from tackling this project, but mistakes can also be extremely dangerous and put your property and anyone inside or near it at risk of severe injury or even death. You should always hire a licensed and certified local structural engineer to make structural calculations.

Yes, most designers tailor plans to fit your budget. Discuss financial constraints during initial consultations.

Structural engineers draw structural plans, which include detailed drawings of the structural components of a home only. Complete house plans will require additional work from an architect or draftsperson, whose drawings will take the structural drawings into account. They’ll also include more details about the finishing materials and layout of a home, including everything from roofing and flooring materials to the position of furniture, light fixtures, switches, and plumbing fixtures.

Villa exterior features often include large windows, arched doorways, patios, terraces, greenery, and gardens. Common exterior colors for villas are whites and off-whites, soft browns, and clay tones.

Federal architecture is most common in urban areas throughout the New England states, including the older parts of New York, Pennsylvania (namely, Boston and Philadelphia), Maryland, Massachusetts, and Virginia. The style also dominated in parts of Georgia in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, so many historical homes in the area embody this home design. Salem, MA, has two historic districts that predominantly feature this architectural style: Chestnut Street District and the Salem Maritime National Historic Site.
