"I am the HOA President for a large neighborhood and we needed to replace our entire neighborhood perimeter fence. The existing 6ft fence needed to be removed and replaced with an 8ft fence. The owner of Basic Property Corp personally took care of all aspects of this job. The project was large but it was completely painless for our residents and the HOA. I have also used this company for personal properties and recommend them for any of my friends or family that need any type of fence or gate repair/install. The finished products this company can produce are of very high quality and they stand behind their work. I highly recommend Basic Property Corporation."

"He called promptly and finished another job and came by the house and gave me an estimate. He came back after I hired him and promptly did the job in 3 hours thought he had estimated it to be a 4 hour job. He repaired my chain link fence where my dogs were getting out. He patched both sides. He also repaired the top bar in the chain link fence. All, in all, I was very satisfied with his work and would consider hiring him for other jobs in the future."
