This company was very efficient. Since the metal roof install, we have had no problems. I highly recommend this company.

The shower re-tile project was done perfectly and to my specifications. I am very happy with the quality of work. Mr. Medina and his crew are knowledgeable and hard working. Everyone was so professional and helpful from the first time I called them, all the way through completion. The project turn around was very quick. I highly recommend Medina"s Construction.

I found Medina Construction on Home Advisor 4 years ago. They did a remodel of the kitchen and laundry room. They also painted two bedrooms. The job they did was outstanding. We had moved to Livingston and recently had a fire in the attic. Part of the roof and rafters were destroyed. Two of the bedrooms and both bathrooms were also damaged. The entire interior needed painted and all the flooring needed replaced. They did an excellent job. He also put in all new windows. Heà ¢à  à  s very professional and really knowledgeable. I had said before that I wouldnà ¢à  à  t use anyone else and would recommend him to anyone. No job is too big or small.

They rebuilt our wrap around deck and added a roof. Extended our garage apartment deck, and added a roof to that. Replaced the screen in over 30 windows. Replaced storm doors, and garage side entry door. Pressure washed and painted garage and house. They were punctual, reliable, and extremely polite. We feel blessed to have found a group of people like this,and they will always be the ones we call for any work we need done to our home.

These guy are hard workers,. They are very knowligible in home reconstruction and have thoroughly completed there job in a reasonal amount of time. Good job Mr Medina.

These guys are awesome! I highly recommend them for whatever work you need done. They showed up when they said they would and listened to what I wanted done. They put up a fence in my back yard, installed gutters on my home and built porches on both the front and back of my house. They do beautiful work and all at very reasonable prices. And, they are also some of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

The work performed was more than my expectations. This company shows up when they say they will. They completed the work in two days ahead of schedule. No runarounds. great quality of work that will last, and was within my budget just as agreed. They treat you with respect and cleaned up the site after they were done. I am very satisfied with the craftsmanship completed by Medina Construction and love my new covered deck and roof. The best of the best. You can trust them and you will not be sorry you used these wonderful people.

These guys did a great job for me. Exterior/interior painting, replaced deck railings and installed new see through wiring to enhance the view to the lake. Replaced 1/3 of rotted siding with Hardie. Replaced solid cedar support beams around 4 huge double pane glass windows. Replaced 3 interior doors with 6 pane stained solid wood doors that they stained to match the existing cedar in the house. Replaced all light switches with new toggles. Updated lighting and recessed lights. Love the work they did . Anyone living around the lake knows how hard it is to actually find somebody to do good work. I I am just a part-time residenctbso I gave them a key after speaking with them I never had any second thoughts about it. Job took longer than anticipated but weather and other issues were major players. I wish I had found them years ago. I realize with this great review chances of me ever getting them again maybe slim because they will be so busy with all their new business if anyone is reading these reviews. Their work is impeccable. From start to finish we never had to lift a finger. Everything was done to perfection. My floor is beautiful! I was having a little trouble getting my phone calls returned. But it was no big deal. They were very professional when they were working. I will definitely use this company again.

My husband and I have had several bad experiences with construction. These people are AMAZING! They always showed up to work on time. They cleaned up behind themselves and were always respectful of our home. They were always polite...... all of them. They always spoke and greeted you. While working on the house.... They encountered a dead animal under my porch..... even though it had nothing to do with their job..... they took care of it for me. Their work was meticulous!!!! My husband is very picky and could not find ANY fault in their work! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and have to several friends and family! Great Company!!!!!!!!!!!!
