"Tony came and installed 2 ceiling fans in our bedrooms bc it’s had been hot in those rooms. They let me know upfront how much it would cost and was very informative about the process. I would recommend them to all my family and friends."

"I hired T Square Contractors LLC to do a Rustic Wood concrete overlay on my back patio. They where very professional. The job was completed when they said it would be. The quality of their work was great. They kept my back yard clean throughout the whole process. I will definitely use them again in the future."

"It went very well.  Construction was behind schedule due to the weather.  Approximate build time was 11-12 weeks. Christian did everything we contracted him to do with no hidden expenses or extra charges.  He provided us a packet with all the build details and costs.   He didn't bill us till what we thought was the appropriate time for each stage of the building process.  If we needed to call him and ask questions, he always answered or called us back within a short amount of time.  Christian worked with a two to three man team and they were always professional and respectful.

Christian looked at our property and gave us a vision of what he thought would work and look good.  We trusted his vision and it came out perfectly.  We requested some additional changes and he was very accommodating.  One was outside the budget and we felt the extra expense was very fair.

The pool came out great.  Everything was level, the travertine and tile (water line) came out perfect.  The travertine was cut perfectly and uniform around the edges.  We were very happy with the color of the plaster (he recommended), tile, travertine, and the rock (tanning ledge).  After completing the pool, Christian provided us with the cleaning equipment including a pressure side pool cleaner, skimming net and scrub brush, and chemicals to get started.

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

Acid-based concrete stain is generally considered the best option because it lasts about four times as long and penetrates the deepest into concrete to give richer, full-bodied colors. If you prefer more vibrant colors, though, many water-based concrete stains are available that could provide a solution you can't find from earth-toned acid-based solutions.

If it's well maintained, a polished concrete floor can add value to your home. Concrete is a low-maintenance and durable material that can appeal to homebuyers, especially if they prefer industrial and modern designs. Naturally, higher quality floors will add more value.

No, you cannot permanently seal concrete. The porous nature of concrete means that it’s always vulnerable to water intrusion and staining, even under the best sealants. Although some concrete sealing products can last for a long time, a genuinely permanent concrete seal remains elusive.

Evenly wetting a wood floor before applying a stain is called water popping. It raises the grain and opens the wood’s pores to absorb more stain. When done properly, it can make the stain look darker and deeper. However, it’s important to evenly wet the floor and let it dry before applying the stain.

The cost for concrete coating services ranges from $3 to $15 per square foot. The final price is contingent on several factors, including the extent of surface preparation needed, the type of coating used, the total area being covered, and labor.
