Extremely unreliable and unprofessional! We contacted them in April. They would not let us know when they were coming. They would say one day and then not show up. We wouldn't hear anything from them unless I called. Once they finally came the repair required a contractor first. We waited for them to contact a contractor for two months. Once we got a contractor his part was done in 2 days. Then we had to wait again for Bailey Plumbing to come do their part. I was told they would come on Wednesday, they never showed up, I called and was told they would come Thursday. I stayed home for several days waiting. Then when they showed up on Friday they sent a guy who took 3 hours to replace a faucet. Some other guys finally showed up to help him and he had done it all wrong. They had to take it apart and start over. One of them cut and burned my bathroom floor.

He showed up when he said he was going to. He actually showed up twice. He came in and found out what he was going to need to do and then he came back with what he needed. He didn't say he needed another part. His truck was well stocked. The quality of work was good. It hasn't leaked. There is no water on the floor or in the cabinet so it's great by me.

The guy came out about 5 minutes before the appointed time. He was polite and even got along with my dog. He answered all our questions. Even though he had to go out a few times to pick up supplies, the whole process took less than one hour. He was quick and experienced. We would definitely use them again.
